Fees

All sessions are 50 minutes and cost $200. I do have a couple of sliding scale spots, but they fill up quickly.

Self Pay Option

Many of my clients choose to self-pay, also called private pay, which allows them the benefit of not having an insurance carrier dictate how often or how many sessions they are allowed. Another reason some people choose to self-pay is that they do not want to have a diagnosis added to their insurance record, which is required for anyone that chooses to use their insurance benefits.

In Network Insurance Options

I am currently in network with BCBS PPO, Aetna, Optum, United Healthcare, and UMR.

Out of Network Insurance Options

For those clients that prefer to use their insurance benefits, but I am not in network with their provider, I can provide a monthly superbill, which is an itemized form used by healthcare providers for reflecting rendered services. In this circumstance, my clients pay my full fee at the time of service and then submit the monthly superbill to their insurance carrier, who in turn reimburses them the amount that they cover. If you chose this option, please verify with your insurance carrier that they do reimburse for out of network services.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have and we can discuss what payment option is best for you.
